The company was set up in April 1992 by Director Helen Robertson, who now has over 20 years' experience in the industry. HERT serves a wide range of clients, from multinational companies to private individuals, with a current geographic spread ranging widely across Europe, from Switzerland to the Yorkshire community, and extending to the USA.

The Internet has really opened up our service range, enabling us to work with clients and freelance translators all over the world. Nevertheless, we try to ensure the personal touch by telephone and personal discussions with our business contacts. After all, if we are to provide the end product you really want, we need your cooperation.
